1. Introduction and Ownership
VEG3 is a product owned and operated by VegCatalyst OÜ, which is in turn majority owned by the nonprofit organisation Open Paws MTÜ.

VegCatalyst OÜ, Open Paws MTÜ and the VEG3 platform are staunch supporters of animal rights and the vegan movement. We believe in the inherent value and rights of all animals and the ethical implications of veganism. As such, we expect all users to uphold these principles when engaging with our platform and its outputs.

By accessing the VEG3 website at http://veg3.ai, you consent to these terms, all relevant laws, and regulations. Ensure you adhere to local laws. If these terms are not compliant with your local laws, or if you do not agree with them, you are prohibited from accessing or using this site. All materials on this website are protected by copyright and trademark laws under the ownership of VegCatalyst OÜ, except for AI outputs from VEG3 as described on section 3.

2. License for Use

You may download materials from this site for personal, non-commercial use only. This doesn’t transfer any property rights. Reproduction, modification, public display, or any kind of commercial use is prohibited. Under this license, you must not modify, copy, use for commercial/public display, reverse engineer software, remove proprietary notations, or transfer materials. Violating these terms may lead to license termination by VegCatalyst OÜ. Upon termination, destroy all materials in your possession.

3. AI Outputs and Intellectual Property

While VegCatalyst OÜ grants permission to use outputs from its VEG3 AI models for both commercial and non-commercial use, we cannot guarantee they are free from third-party copyrights. VegCatalyst OÜ does not claim responsibility if any output infringes on someone else's copyright. Users are advised to exercise caution and conduct due diligence when using outputs for commercial or public purposes.

4. AI Predictions and Limitations

VEG3's AI models provide outputs based on trained data. These outputs are predictions and should not be considered absolute truths. VegCatalyst OÜ is not responsible for decisions made based on these outputs or any consequences thereof.

Furthermore, users should understand that all AI models, including VEG3 can at times generate false or misleading information, also known as “hallucinations”. VegCatalyst OÜ cannot and does not guarantee the factual accuracy of any claims made by VEG3. Therefore, VEG3 should not be used to give medical, financial or otherwise sensitive advice and VegCatalyst OÜ is not responsible for the decisions of users made based on AI-generated outputs.

5. No Warranties

Materials on VEG3's website are provided 'as is'. VegCatalyst OÜ disclaims all warranties, including the accuracy, results, or reliability of materials, or any linked sites.

6. Liability Limitations

VegCatalyst OÜ, its affiliates, directors, or employees will not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, from using or not using the materials or AI outputs. This includes reliance on AI predictions for decision-making.

7. Material Accuracy

VegCatalyst OÜ doesn't guarantee the accuracy of website materials. Changes can be made without notice, and there's no commitment to update them.

8. External Links

Links on VEG3's site aren't endorsed by VegCatalyst OÜ. Using linked sites is at your risk.

9. Content Restrictions

Avoid generating content that promotes violence, discrimination, false information, or any other harmful actions. Users must not generate content that promotes harm, exploitation, or the commodification of animals. This includes but isn't limited to promoting animal-based products, services, or activities that go against the principles of veganism and animal rights. Violation may lead to immediate account termination without refund.

10. Refunds

Services are "as is". Refunds are at VegCatalyst OÜ's discretion.

11. Data Protection, Sharing, and User Consent

VegCatalyst OÜ adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using VEG3, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data for training our machine learning models.

We may also share anonymised datasets and machine learning models with our associated non-profit organisation Open Paws MTÜ. These datasets and machine learning models may be open-sourced and made publicly available, and if they are, we will take every reasonable effort to ensure they do not contain any personally identifying information.

If you wish to request a copy of your data, its modification, or deletion, please email data@veg3.ai. If you disagree with this data usage or want to withdraw your consent, refrain from using VEG3 and contact us. We will comply with requests within 30 days.

12. Ethical Use

Users must ensure that the AI's outputs are used ethically and responsibly. VegCatalyst OÜ is not responsible for unethical applications or misuse of its AI outputs.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless VegCatalyst OÜ, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of the use of VEG3's website and AI outputs.

14. Data Storage

We may store AI model interactions for improving services and maintaining your user history. We may use third-party software to store this data and we may also share this data with Open Paws MTÜ, as per the terms laid out in section 11. You can request or delete your data by emailing data@veg3.ai. We'll act within 30 days.

15. Termination of Service

VegCatalyst OÜ reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to its services, without prior notice, for conduct that it believes violates these terms, compromises the principles of animal rights and veganism, harms other users, or for any other reason.

16. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or VEG3's services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Estonia, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration association.

18. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
